This condo has just been remodeled with all new flooring (No Carpet), new wall panels, brand new kitchen/dining room table, new bedroom suite, and new sleeper sofa and two new recliners. Kitchen cabinets have been painted.

Added a brand new stand up arcade game system which plays over 60 games.  Great for kiddies AND adults!

Primary bedroom has a king size bed and large walk in closet and 50" SMART TV.  Private entrance to the back balcony.

Primary bathroom is en suite with walk in shower, garden tub, and 50" SMART TV.

Deposit is REQUIRED. Parents are RESPONSIBLE for all damages caused by any guest, including your children.
