This condo has just been remodeled with all new flooring (No Carpet), new wall panels, brand new kitchen/dining room table with benches and chairs. Kitchen cabinets have been painted and COMING SOON new marble countertops will be added to the kitchen and bathrooms later this year.

Added a brand new stand up arcade game system which plays over 60 games.  Great for kiddies AND adults!

Primary bedroom has a king size bed and large walk in closet.  Private en suite primary bathroom with walk in shower, garden tub.  A brand new SMART TV with extra channels plus Direct TV.

Building #4 is the quiet area of all four buildings at Riverstone Resort.  Plenty of parking is available and you can walk right to the lazy river.

PLEASE NOTE: These are NON-Smoking Units and NO PETS are allowed.  THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED, AND WILL CAUSE LOSS OF DEPOSIT.

Deposit is REQUIRED. Parents are RESPONSIBLE for all damages caused by any guest, including your children.

NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND DUE TO ALLERGIES.  IF YOU BRING YOUR PETS, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT.
